Be a solution minded person

It is a good thing to Criticize but don’t just criticize!

Criticize by suggesting solutions and not by finding faults. Any time you find anything wrong with something; make it a concern to suggest a solution(s) rather than pointing out the faults and leaving it ajar. The people involve would have done it if they knows it.
